Frankel Connect was established by Elizabeth Frankel, a respected industry leader with more than 20 years of experience across the construction and development sectors. Known for her strategic insight, deep market knowledge, and ability to build high-value partnerships, Elizabeth recognized early on that success in this industry depends not just on expertise, but on alignment.
Throughout her career, she has helped transform more than two million square feet of premier commercial and residential real estate across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Her experience spans the full project lifecycle — from navigating complex Department of Buildings approvals — to securing multi-million dollar deals and implementing cutting-edge value engineering.
